The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various lab tests and procedures, correctly labeling and handling the samples, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and customer service skills to ensure patient comfort during the procedure. Qualifications Experience in drawing blood, venipuncture, and handling blood samples Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records Good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Certification in phlebotomy from an accredited program is preferred Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is beneficial
