Review and verify bar bending schedules (BBS), BOQ preparation, and DPR maintenance. 3.Quality Control & Compliance: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications. Conduct routine quality checks on construction materials, structural works, boundary walls, and pipeline installations 4. Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government agencies (Jal Nigam, PHED, SWSM).
