The ideal candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various commercial contracts including License agreements, service agreements, vendor agreements, and alliance agreements. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in drafting consultant agreements, employment agreements, and consent letters. Experience in drafting policies such as privacy policy, CCPA, GDPR, and DPDP policies is highly desirable. The candidate should also have experience in coordinating with external counsel, providing advice, and assisting the company in filing Intellectual Property documents.
