Job Objective: We are looking for Azure Data and Analytics Solutions Architect focusing on Data engineering to join our growing team of Data and Analytics specialized Consulting organization. This plays a key role in Digital journey of our clients spread globally with focus on Data & AI at the core of it. This role is in our setup to drive the exploratory sessions to find the opportunities, arrive at the Data and Analytics solutions that could involve technical, process and people. Once the solutions are found, this role will orchestrate, architect and technically drive the solutions and do the hands on when and where needed. This role also will mentor, train and enable the consultants at various experience and expertise level. Its expected that the potential applicant has an opinion-based market research, technical trends and learnings from experience. Required Qualifications: Education: BE, ME/MTech, MCA, MSc, MBA, or equivalent industry experience Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 10 -18 years of relevant experience in architecting, designing, developing and delivering Data solutions both on premise and predominantly Azure Cloud Data & AI services. Batch, Real time and hybrid solutions with high velocity and large volumes. Experience with traditional big data framework like Hadoop will be beneficial. Architectural advisory for big data solutions with Azure and Microsoft technical stack Pre sales, account mining to find new opportunities and proposing right solutions to a given context Data warehousing concepts, dimensional modelling, tabular modelling, Start and Snowflake models, MDX/DAX etc. Strong technical knowledge including hands on most of, SQL, SQL Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage accounts, Data Lake, Data bricks, Azure Functions, Synapse, Stream Analytics, Power BI/Any other visualization Working with No SQL data bases like Cosmos DB Working with Various file formats, Storage types ETL and ELT based data orchestration for batch and real time data Strong Programming skills - experience and expertise in one of the following: Java, Python, Scala, C/.Net. Driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working on real time end to end projects using Agile/Waterfall methodology and associated tolls Responsibilities: Understand the client scenario, derive or understand business requirements and propose the right data solutions architecture using both on premise and cloud-based services Create scalable and efficient data architecture that respects the data integrity, quality, security, reuse among other aspects which lays foundation for present and future scalable solutions Understand and communicate not only data and technical terms but also functional and business terms with the stake holders. Focus on the true business value delivery with efficient architecture and technical solutions. Have an opinion and advise the clients in the right path aligned with their business, data and technical strategies while aligning with market trends in the data & AI solutions Establish Data Architecture with modern data driven principles like Flexibility at scale, parallel and distributed processing, democratized data access that enables them to be more productive. Thought leadership to provide Point of views, ideate and deliver Webinars, be the custodian of the best practices. Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment Maintain and upgrade technical skills, keeping up to date with market trends. Educate and guide both customers and fellow colleagues Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience or knowledge in other cloud-based data solutions like AWS, GCP Expertise or knowledge in Visualization / Reporting like Qlik/Power BI/Tableau Expertise in one or more data domains

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Database Administrator to join our Digital Engineering Solutions team This individual will be part of the Development group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team, helping design and implementation of cloud-based solutions facilitating CI/CD pipeline, and ensuring that software development and operations teams work collaboratively. An ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, proactive, and a highly interested in the application of new technologies and methods. This individual must showcase exceptional abilities in implementing solutions for AEC initiatives that involve cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate should possess an extensive background in application development, that includes security, scaling, integration, and application migration, along with a commitment to continuous advancement and interest that drives measurable results. The following are the Key responsibilities for this position Take ownership of the project and work independently in a collaborative environment. Engaged in the project workshops, collaborating with stakeholders and software developers to design the database schema and data models. Establish security measures for safeguarding private data, including encryption and access controls, and conduct routine database audits to find any possible vulnerabilities. • Consistently monitors database performance and identifies bottlenecks that may impact the application's performance and responsiveness. Develop and oversee a strategy for disaster recovery (DRM) to protect prevent data loss in the event of disasters or system failures. • Implement data governance procedures and making sure that pertinent data regulations and standards are followed. Understanding the project's data security requirements, encryption techniques, and compliance regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA, and creating a strategy to support the project. • Manage and maintain databases, conduct routine maintenance tasks, and ensure data availability and integrity. • Collaborate with data analysts to provide them with well-structured data and insights needed for business intelligence and analytics. Creating, implementing, and evaluating database-driven applications while following security and performance best practices. • Supporting Azure SQL, NO SQL, and other database needs for the project. • Programming skills such as SQL, Python, PowerShell, and others to interact with databases and incorporate them into applications. • Conduct continuous R&D to provide the team with innovative database features, capabilities, and applications that will enhance the solutions. Skills and Abilities: • Extensive and proven DBA expertise in large-scale SQL Server settings, including Azure managed instance databases. • Proficient in delivering high- and low-level design (HLD and LLD) for projects, including ER diagrams, data models, and data pipeline flow. • Proficient in the principles of database design, including managing of high-volume instances of Azure SQL configurations that feature high availability, including the use of database performance optimization and monitoring tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the rapid identification of the root cause of a problem. • Proficiency in creating best practice policies and procedures for data security and integrity, along with the monitoring and restriction of database access. • Experience managing data warehouses, data lakes, data bricks, and other cloud-based data storage solutions. • Experience in the Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) of disaster recovery are applied to the management of all database instance. • Proficiency with SQL, Python, PowerShell scripting, or related technologies for creating application dashboards for proactive monitoring and authoring automation scripts. • Proficiency in overseeing cloud-based data storage systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data bricks. • Experience with the principles and practices of master-slave replication and database storage engines. Proficiency with container technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and data pipelines in cloud environments. • Strong understanding of database security best practices. • Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and its capabilities. • Working knowledge of the Agile/Waterfall approach and how data pipeline fits into it. • Working knowledge of microservices, monolith architecture, and web apps based on MVC, MVVM, and SPA. • Knowledge of security regulations, such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), and security authentication technologies. • Working knowledge of development IDEs (Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.). Experience with Source controls systems (DevOps, GitHub, SVN, or TFS). • Working Knowledge in Release management, and Bug tracking tools. • Knowledge with OWASP security principles, security compliance tools. • Proficient in documenting, communicating, and coordinating, and capable of working efficiently under pressure. • Passion to remain competitive in the market by enhancing abilities with cutting-edge technologies. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors degree. • 5 years of related experience. • Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
