BARTENDER BAR BILLING BAR WAITER DUTIES Barman Duties (Bartender) The Barman is responsible for the preparation and service of drinks, maintaining the bar area, and interacting with customers. Drink Preparation & Service Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Follow standard recipes and portion control. Suggest drinks and offer pairings with food when asked. Maintain proper garnishes and ingredients. Customer Service Greet customers at the bar and take orders. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle complaints politely and promptly escalate if needed Bar Hygiene & Setup Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Clean glasses, tools, and work surfaces regularly.
