Develop SOPs & manage tissue culture production(Double Haploid,Protoplast,Micropropagation). Maintain records & assist in data analysis/reporting. Collaborate with breeding teams on research projects. Ensure lab and field safety & quality compliance. Required Candidate profile M.Sc./Ph.D in Biotechnology or related field. 2–3 years of experience in Plant Tissue Culture. Strong understanding of Plant Tissue culture Techniques. Willing to work in both lab & field.
