Dotnet Tech Lead

As a talented individual, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the organization. Your role will involve architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework. You will work extensively across the full .NET stack, encompassing .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.8, to ensure compatibility and modernization where necessary. - Design and implement responsive frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React.js - Build and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems - Design solutions following Microservices architecture principles for modular and scalable deployments - Apply MVC/MVVM design patterns to ensure maintainable and testable code - Write comprehensive unit tests to uphold code quality and minimize regressions - Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and automated deployments - Implement and optimize load balancing, caching, and performance tuning strategies for high-scale systems - Follow object-oriented design and SOLID principles to architect clean and reusable code - Style applications using CSS3, SCSS/Less, and Webpack for modern UI development - Ensure application security using ASP.NET Identity, SSL/TLS, and data encryption techniques - Embrace Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives - Conduct research and explore emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions - Demonstrate team leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members - Maintain a proactive attitude, perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines - Efficiently manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills - Uphold company values by delivering high-quality, reliable services with a commitment to customer satisfaction - Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.8, React.js, REST APIs, MS SQL Server, unit tests, Microservices architecture, Azure DevOps, MVC/MVVM, Entity framework, SCSS/LESS/CSS3, webpack - Familiarity with MongoDB (good to have),
