Dotnet Fullstack - Manager (ReactJS)

As a Fullstack Manager (.Net + Java) at Spectral Consultants with one of the World's Largest Global Providers of Insurance in Hyderabad & Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading technology capabilities across the full software development life cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading technology capabilities across the full SDLC including Architecture, Design, Development, Testing & Production. - Partnering with business owners, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle. - Acting as the first point of contact for your team on well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development. - Fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with company values. - Supporting conflict resolution and promoting open, honest communication. - Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues tied to team dynamics. - Staying connected with operational teams to align with business priorities. - Serving as a bridge between individuals and leadership regarding people-related matters. In terms of technical stack, the required languages & frameworks include .Net, .Net Core, .Net 8+ version, Java, Microservices, and ReactJS. You should be familiar with Data tools like SQL Server, APIs (APIC, APIM), REST API, Databricks, and Synapse. Proficiency in Agile & Delivery practices such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), Azure Kubernetes, and Azure Scheduler is essential. You should also be comfortable with Tools & Platforms like GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and Microsoft Azure, as well as Security & Monitoring tools like Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights, and Elastic. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-14 years of experience with proven team leadership involving 30-50 members. Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, and Azure technologies is a must. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD, as well as excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are also required.,
