Dotnet Architect

You are a highly skilled and results-oriented .NET Architect with over 12 years of experience, responsible for leading the design and development of complex, enterprise-grade applications. Your expertise in .NET technologies, architectural design, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and modern front-end frameworks will be crucial in driving end-to-end solutions and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Your key responsibilities will include designing and architecting robust, scalable, and secure applications using the .NET framework and .NET Core. You will develop APIs and backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API, while also implementing data access layers using Entity Framework and LINQ with performance and efficiency in mind. Integration efforts with RESTful APIs and external systems will be led by you, collaborating with front-end teams to ensure seamless UI integration with frameworks like React or Angular. Leveraging Microsoft Azure services such as Web Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vaults, and Storage Accounts will be part of your daily tasks. Advocating and implementing microservices architecture and best practices in distributed system design will also fall under your responsibilities. Additionally, mentoring and guiding developers, conducting code reviews, and upholding high-quality coding standards will be essential in this role. Partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions is a key aspect of this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong architectural exposure. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and RESTful services is required, as well as expertise in Entity Framework, ORM, and LINQ. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services is necessary. A solid understanding of microservices, containerization, and distributed systems is also essential. Preferred skills for this role include excellent problem-solving and design thinking capabilities, proven leadership in managing technical teams and mentoring junior developers, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
