Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Deputy General Manager—Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment engine for SAP and non-SAP talent. This role involves driving hiring delivery, managing internal recruiters and supplier networks, aligning with business goals, and presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Manage hiring across SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, and emerging technologies. Ensure fulfillment with a focus on turnaround time (TAT), quality, and cost-to-hire. 2. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Regularly engage with client stakeholders, delivery heads, and senior leadership to align hiring with project milestones. Serve as an escalation point for recruitment bottlenecks and client delivery assurance. 3. Supplier & Partner Management Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and Tier-1 suppliers such as Deloitte, Neosoft, and startup vendors. Conduct vendor evaluations and enforce SLA adherence to ensure a healthy and scalable talent pipeline. 4. Strategic Collaboration Work closely with RMG, hiring managers, and strategic sourcing to plan workforce requirements across pods, ODCs, and managed services. Support ramp-up/down activities aligned to project execution timelines. 5. Demand Fulfillment & Margin Optimization Manage large-scale hiring demands with a sharp focus on offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, and margin health. Implement negotiation tactics to optimize billing-to-cost ratios while maintaining quality. 6. Data-Driven Talent Strategy & Visualization Define and monitor key SLAs, KPIs, and KRAs for ongoing staff augmentation across SAP/Non-SAP portfolios. Present real-time visual dashboards (using Power BI, Excel, etc.) including: Hiring pipeline metrics Recruitment aging and delays Sourcing mix vs. success ratio Fulfillment trends and margin impact Geo/domain-level bottlenecks Use analytics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement. 7. Process Improvement & Automation Standardize recruitment workflows, reporting cadence, and governance practices. Leverage ATS/CRM platforms to improve recruiter productivity and hiring velocity. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12–16 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in staff augmentation and managed staffing. Expertise in hiring across ERP/CRM ecosystems, including SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Strong experience working with and managing Tier-1 clients and suppliers. High comfort with margin analysis, offering drop management, and high-volume recruitment cycles. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools for recruitment reporting.
