As a Technical Support Analyst at IBSFINtech, you will be part of a dynamic team in India's fastest growing FinTech company. We are looking for individuals with a passion for the FinTech industry and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time. In this role, you will play a crucial part in resolving medium to high complexity issues reported by our esteemed customers, utilizing your expertise in application design and configuration. Your responsibilities will include working closely with customers to understand their issues and documenting them accurately in the ticketing system. Drawing on your knowledge of application design and functionality, you will effectively solve customer reported issues and assist them in using the software correctly. Additionally, you will be responsible for categorizing issues and customer questions based on severity levels and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for each category of bugs. The ideal candidate for this role should possess hands-on experience in supporting software applications in the finance or treasury domain. Experience with SaaS software for Treasury or Trade Finance products, as well as proficiency in dotNet applications with Oracle DB backend, is essential. Strong SQL skills are mandatory, along with experience in handling ticketing tools such as Jira or Freshdesk. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and email, is required. Furthermore, you should be comfortable working directly with customers, have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and hold a graduate degree in B.E / B.Tech.
