If you have expertise in working with State Clients and VMS Portals , we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US-based State Client requirements . Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, candidate coordination, and follow-ups. Leverage VMS Portals to manage requisitions and candidate submissions. Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Maintain recruitment data, pipelines, and activity reports accurately. Mandatory Skills : Proven experience in working with State Clients . Hands-on expertise with VMS Portals . Good to Have Skills : Experience with VMS Portals such as Dotstaffing , Covendis , and Vector VMS . Exposure to recruiting for Federal Clients is an added advantage.
