Dot Net - Tech Lead

As a Dot Net Tech Lead at our company located in Yelahanka, Bangalore, with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading technical solutions based on business needs. Your role will involve coordinating processes, driving cross-team collaboration, guiding team members, and actively participating in product development discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Propose technical solutions based on business needs - Coordinate processes and be responsible for implementation and results, establishing communication between teams for technical solutions and integrations as needed - Drive cross-team collaboration from a technical perspective in case of inter-dependency within the development process - Actively collaborate with Product Owner (PO) and Business Analyst (BA) in terms of scope decomposition - Guide and mentor team members - Actively participate in discussions and decision-making on internal products - Collaborate with the team by participating in grooming, daily meetings, planning sessions, etc. - Lead and actively participate in the development of existing and new products Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role - 10+ years of active practice in C# .NET / .Net Core / ASP.NET Core - Knowledge of JS/HTML/CSS with a minimum of 2 years of commercial development experience - Experience in React and Mobx, Typescript - Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and SPAs - Experience in MS SQL, authentication, authorization, and basic experience with WebSockets - Proficiency in Rabbit MQ, Redis, Hangfire, SignaIR - Experience in Docker and micro front-end approach - Familiarity with Unit tests (XUnit, jest-junit) and ES6 This position offers a budget of 45 LPA and requires working from the office for 5 days a week, with flexibility for afternoon shifts. The ideal candidate should have good time-management skills, the ability to handle multitasking activities, and be organized and detail-oriented while keeping the overall solution in mind.,
