Job Description

As a .NET Full Stack Developer (C#, React & SQL Server), you will lead the full-stack development team to deliver robust and scalable React-based web applications. Your role involves hands-on development, architectural planning, mentorship, and collaboration with product and backend teams to ensure seamless user experiences. You will provide technical leadership to a team of front-end developers, offering guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices for building React.js applications. Your responsibilities include defining and driving the architecture of front-end applications to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. In addition to leading the team, you will actively contribute to the codebase by creating high-quality, reusable components in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers, you will define and implement user-centric features. Mentorship is a key aspect of your role, where you will coach and guide team members to foster continuous learning and improvement. You will establish coding standards, maintain code quality through testing practices, and optimize front-end performance. Your tasks will also involve setting up and managing front-end development tooling, including build processes, CI/CD pipelines, and code deployment strategies. Staying current with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem, is essential. Must-have qualifications for this role include 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js, C#, and Web API development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Proven experience in leading front-end teams or large-scale projects, in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, Redux, and related tools, as well as experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Git are necessary. Additionally, familiarity with testing frameworks, UI/UX best practices, performance optimization techniques, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are crucial. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently is also important. Nice-to-have skills include experience with server-side rendering, Next.js, TypeScript, agile methodologies, DevOps practices, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, contributions to open-source projects, or relevant technical publications.
