About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies, with a deep understanding of insurance processes and data models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, GoLang, and related Microsoft and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and legacy systems.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and deploy enhancements.
• Follow agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Experience in Insurance domain referable insurance is big plus.
• Good understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and API integration.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL (data modeling, performance tuning, complex queries).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
