As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery across multiple projects. You will oversee project planning, execution, and client communication, while also managing and mentoring talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, evolved into project management, and proven experience in the IT services industry. Roles and Responsibility : Manage delivery of multiple client initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. Drive adoption of best practices in project management, development, and delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the delivery organization. Lead discovery and POC development for a new technology stack. Qualifications and Skills: 10 years of experience in software development & project delivery (mix of hands-on tech + leadership roles). Strong experience in the IT services industry (client-facing delivery). Proven track record of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously. Strong background in talent management: hiring, mentoring, and team development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Exposure to global clients across US/EU markets. PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications (a plus, not mandatory). Position : Dot Net Developer Location: India, Remote Experience level: 8+ years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with a strong background in .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies, with a deep understanding of insurance processes and data models. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, GoLang, and related Microsoft and backend technologies. Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. Integrate with third-party APIs and legacy systems. Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization. Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and deploy enhancements.
