Support the sales team with sales data, performance tracking, and other key metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, order processing, and sales support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (specific ERP experience preferred). Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with Proforma Invoices and standard invoicing practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
