Responsible to handle PU Foaming, Pre-Assembly & Pre-Mix station production to achieve production targets & factory targets Responsible for the daily KPIs, production achievement rate, man-hour per unit & FTR Responsible for setting foaming mold and pre-mix chemical handling and improving foaming quality together with manufacturing engineering & tooling team Responsible for clearing process rejections daily and improving to minimize scrap cost per appliance; responsible for maintaining 5S on shopfloor Coordinating the production in terms of man, machines & materials Plan & coordinate daily production to produce high-quality product Should possess knowledge of PU Foaming, Pre-Assembly, and Coil Wrapping Machine To control WIP (Work In Progress), productivity improvement & process improvement Coordination with inter-departments for smooth execution of daily production Effective utilization of manpower, maximize productivity of machinery and workers Should be able to develop practices in terms of system improvements Encourage safety & housekeeping practices and lead by example Responsible for verifying and maintaining CTP/CTQ parameters Planning necessary maintenance activities with maintenance department & tool room for production equipment to ensure sustainable production and efficiency Should have knowledge of SAP and Excel
