Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads) and provide information about available courses and programs. Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility, courses, and career opportunities. Follow up with potential students to ensure conversions from inquiries to admissions. Assist students in completing application forms and documentation. Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or database systems. Coordinate and participate in admission events, education fairs, seminars, and open houses. Achieve individual and team admission targets as set by the management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic departments. Keep updated knowledge of academic programs, admission policies, and fee structures. Provide post-admission support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred). 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
