Role Description We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our team at Doodle & Deploy. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the world of digital design. You will work closely with our senior designers and developers to design interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-centric . Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design and development team to create intuitive user interfaces for apps, websites, and digital products. Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and creating mockups that translate client requirements into functional designs. Contribute ideas to improve user experience, usability, and accessibility . Learn and apply industry-standard UI/UX principles, design systems, and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Support the team in conducting user research, feedback analysis, and design iterations . Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices . What We’re Looking For: A fresher or recent graduate with a strong interest in UI/UX design . Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator . An eye for visual design, color, typography, and layout . Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset . Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics . Familiarity with design systems or component-based design . A portfolio (academic or self-initiated projects are welcome).
