Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing local fundraising campaigns, events, and awareness drives. Collaborating with corporates, schools, clubs, and community leaders will be a key part of your role. It will also be essential to maintain accurate donor records, acknowledge contributions in a timely manner, and report on the achievements made. The ideal candidate for this role would be a graduate, with a preference for a background in Marketing, Fundraising, or Social Work. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or NGO work is required. Excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and proficiency in executing events are essential for success in this position. Being target-driven, self-motivated, and open to local travel are also qualities that would be advantageous. In terms of compensation, the salary for this position ranges from 15000 to 20000 per month. Additionally, Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance will be provided as per company policy.
