Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations using the Domo platform to meet specific business needs.

Domo App Creation:
Utilize Domo's App Studio to build custom applications that enhance operational processes and user experience.

Data Integration and ETL:
Connect to disparate data sources (databases, cloud services, APIs, spreadsheets) and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Domo's DataFlows (e.g., Magic ETL, SQL DataFlows).

Data Modeling:
Design, optimize, and manage Domo datasets and data models (including dimensional models) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance for reporting.

Optimization and Performance:
Tune complex queries, data models, and front-end visualizations (e.g., using Beast Modes, filters, and performance best practices) to ensure rapid dashboard load times and responsiveness.

Troubleshooting & Support:
Act as a subject matter expert for Domo, providing first-line support for data discrepancies and resolving moderately complex reporting and application issues.

Required Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of
2 years
of hands-on experience as a Domo Developer, BI Developer, or in a similar reporting and visualization role.

Domo Platform Proficiency:
Expert-level proficiency with the core Domo platform, including:

Dashboard and Card creation.

Data Integration and ETL (Magic ETL, SQL DataFlows).

Calculated fields.

Domo App Studio (Low-Code Bricks or App Framework).
