The Opportunity We’re searching for a Product Manager with 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience to own and streamline product operations for our next wave of AI-powered learning and community tools . You’ll structure delivery end-to-end, drive ruthless prioritization, and partner with design, engineering, data, and content teams to ship features that reach a global audience. Expect big scope, high autonomy, and daily collaboration with our CPO. What You’ll Do Unify product ops – Create a single source of truth for roadmaps, specs, OKRs, and delivery processes across squads. Structure delivery – Define clear milestones, run sprint ceremonies, and proactively unblock teams so we launch on time and at quality. Prioritize with purpose – Balance user value, business impact, and tech feasibility to build and maintain a transparent, data-driven backlog. Drive continuous improvement – Analyze metrics, gather feedback, and run retros to iterate on product and process alike. Champion AI use cases – Translate the latest AI/LLM capabilities into simple, magical experiences for creators and learners. Manage stakeholders – Communicate crisp updates, surface trade-offs, and align Marketing, Support, and Execs around shared outcomes. Foster team velocity – Nurture a culture of ownership, experimentation, and rapid learning in a dynamic, multi-time-zone environment. What You’ll Bring 3 – 5 years in product management or product operations, ideally at a high-growth tech company or startup. Proven product ops chops – You’ve set up or leveled-up processes that let teams move fast without dropping details. AI fluency – Comfort with modern AI tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, Lovable, Replit, vector DBs, LangChain, etc.) and a knack for spotting creative applications. Data-driven mindset – Skilled at defining metrics, digging into analytics, and turning insights into action. Exceptional communication – Can distill complex topics for execs, inspire cross-functional teams, and keep global stakeholders in sync. Bias for impact – Thrive amid ambiguity, juggle multiple initiatives, and deliver 0-to-1 and 1-to-n improvements at scale. Agile fundamentals – Comfortable running sprints using tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion. Nice to Have Experience with ed-tech, creator platforms, or large consumer communities. Background in experimentation frameworks and product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker). Knowledge of growth tactics, monetization levers, or pricing strategy.
