Domestic staffing Lead

As a Domestic Staffing Lead at TekWissen Group in Bangalore, you will utilize your 7+ years of experience in domestic staffing, including 3 years of lead experience, to effectively manage IT requirements. You will act as the main point of contact for the offshore recruitment team, ensuring all requirements are met and taking complete ownership of the delivery process. Your responsibilities will include submitting qualified candidates to client portals, attending spotlight calls, and sharing meeting minutes with the team. You will meticulously review any resume rejections on client portals and engage in discussions with the team to address the reasons behind such rejections. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring quality submissions for each requirement and declining those where timely candidate submission is not feasible within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Building pipelines for future sourcing based on a clear understanding of client requirements will be a key aspect of your role. Upon confirmation of Purchase Orders (POs), you will coordinate with Account Managers to facilitate communication with consultants. Your active participation in Quarterly Business Reviews with clients will be essential in maintaining strong relationships and meeting client expectations. Developing sourcing and screening strategies tailored to core skillsets as per client needs will be crucial to your success in this role.
