Domestic Cleaner/Kitchen Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Assist with basic food prep under the direction of the chef or kitchen staff
• Maintain proper storage of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment
• Sweep and mop floors, especially during and after peak hours
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support kitchen staff with additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
