Understand functional requirements and create user stories for the development team Create functional artifacts such as business process models, domain models, algorithms, activity and sequence diagrams, and UX mockups Identify and clearly articulate both functional and non-functional requirements Participate in functional validations and sprint reviews Engage in development discussions to confirm requirement clarity and update specifications after conflict resolution Contribute to identifying key test scenarios aligned with user requirements Act as a liaison between Business and Development teams Work in the same time zone as the development team for effective collaboration Skills Required: Experience with UML for domain modeling and activity diagrams Ability to break down large requirements into granular, independent user stories Familiarity with functional design and tools supporting user journeys Strong leadership skills to influence and align stakeholders Passion for software development and effective communication skills Strong business understanding to support discussions across leadership and users Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT application/software development as a Business or Functional Analyst (or equivalent role)
