Responsibilities and Duties: Follow up with Agent for Final Import documents Submit timely import documents and file HBL manifest to Multiple shipping lines to necessitate timely! Follow up with customers for necessary documents for import/export shipments. Having Knowledge of checking IGM details with shipping line and share to customer Follow up with shipping line for Local charge Invoice timely Coordination with CHA/CFS/Transportation. Import cargo and HS code checking with CHA and ICEGATE. Maintain relationships with co-loaders and understand the market situation. Coordination with overseas offices and agents for handling nomination orders. Negotiate ocean rate with carriers and Agent and get competitive rate. Having Knowledge of Odex System for As per line request for submission of documents well versatile in door-to-door shipment delivery Having Knowledge of DDP ,DDU, DAP shipment term. Desired Candidate profile: Have basic knowledge of freight forwarding operation functions. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
