We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital campaigns, website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing performance to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with marketing strategists, SEO/SEM specialists, and media buyers to optimize digital campaigns and enhance ROI. Key Responsibilities: Analyze campaign performance across platforms like CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms. Track, report, and interpret key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Build automated dashboards and reporting tools using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Monitor data analytics using multiple platforms. Provide strategic insights and performance reports to partners/clients and ensure timely and efficient delivery. Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization and testing. Required Skills: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics. Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts), VBA code, and data visualization tools (eg, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models. Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Ability to present complex data in clear, actionable formats. Proven track record in project management, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality results on time. Experience in preparing EOC repots and insights, sharing them with reporting leads to provide comprehensive performance analysis.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in IT services sales, digital marketing services, or online media solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service-based sales, with proven expertise in international client acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, with flexibility required for night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital services sectors. Generate qualified leads through research, cold outreach, and online platforms. Acquire and manage international clients, ensuring a consistent inflow of global business. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, project management, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and participate in contract negotiations. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or digital marketing. Demonstrated experience in service-based sales and acquiring international clients. Strong understanding of global market dynamics and B2B sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Flexibility to work night shifts to support global clients. Must be willing to work on-site in Mysore. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Sales certifications or additional training in business development is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international IT sales or digital agency environments. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Knowledge of online lead generation tools and platforms (eg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch).
