We are in search of an experienced and driven Inventory and Supply Chain Manager to lead and transform the company’s end-to-end inventory operations across two international warehouses in the US and Australia. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone with a deep understanding of supply chain complexity, a strong command of inventory systems, and the ability to implement best practices that drive efficiency and accuracy across global operations. Responsibilities Take full ownership of inventory operations across two international warehouses (US and Australia) as well as Amazon and wholesale accounts. Manage purchase orders and execute inventory replenishment based on data analysis—overseeing the full purchasing cycle and coordinating inbound shipments from China into both regions. Analyse product run rates, market trends, and seasonality to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels. Balance inventory to avoid overspending on excess stock and understocking that could impact sales. Coordinate and oversee inventory movements across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timely transfers. Streamline and formalise inventory systems and processes—transitioning from spreadsheets to scalable, integrated tools. Improve and standardise workflows for efficiency, scalability, and operational visibility. Create and manage supplier communication timelines, including sea freight lead times and delivery schedules. Audit, clean, and integrate systems such as Shopify, warehouse platforms, and Excel-based tracking. Establish clear inventory controls to support a rapidly scaling ecommerce operation. Oversee third-party Amazon inventory partner—reinstating oversight and optimising channel performance. Build and lead a lean support team as needed, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Develop SOPs and performance metrics to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational discipline. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, fulfilment teams, and suppliers to ensure a smooth global inventory flow. Competencies and Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as Inventory Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Logistics or any similar role Experience in ecommerce industry Experience in utilising inventory system Managing inventory for multiple locations Experience working with Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms Proficiency in MS Excel Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity Strong leadership background Proven success implementing or optimising inventory systems in multi-warehouse, multi-market environments Highly analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, demand planning, and stock reconciliation Benefits Attractive salary package Work from home arrangement Flexible working conditions Leadership role with ownership and impact
