Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scientist in Process Engineering in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development with proven expertise in scaling up or down technologies to meet production demands. Proficient in Process and Chemical Engineering, adept at troubleshooting complex projects, facilitating technology transfer, and optimizing operations. Roles & Responsibilities ' Need to have detailed knowledge on Continuous manufacturing process development including batch unit operations. Summarize literature survey for relevant processes and technologies, Basic knowledge on green chmistry principles, Preparation of RMC sheets for respective projects. Hands on experience on different types of pumps, flow reactors and appilications. Knowledge on using of PAT tools for flow process developement. Scientific understanding for screening molecules in Flow and process development and scale up from laboratory to commercial scale (Scale up Correlation for all unit operations). Data analysis and drawing inferences/outcomes with minimum guidence. Understand feasibility process, define process variables and responses in collaboration with R&D for DoE studies to understand design space to meet critical quality attributes (CQAs) . Conduct scale-up and what-if studies with minimal guidance. ELN documentation as per SOP Draft the process for scale up i.e. Kilo lab, CPP and T&V batches in coordination with CFTs Evaluate and establish processes for recovery of solvent and product. Generate safety data under supervision of safety experts using related tools like RC1/DSC/TSU/ARC/MIE etc. Generate sufficient data using lab-scale prototypes of downstream equipments Prepare equipment requirements based on the campaign plan with minimal guidance. Een ziekenhuis waar de patiënt in het streven naar de beste zorg centraal staat en zeer veel aandacht aan kwalitatief hoogstaande geneeskunde wordt besteed. Als vernieuwend ziekenhuis investeren we in een stimulerende werkomgeving en teamwerk. We reiken volop kansen aan voor persoonlijke en professionele groei, met de focus op continue ontwikkeling en opleiding. Een gemiddelde werkdag op de afdeling Neurologie in het Jan Yperman Ziekenhuis? Die bestaat niet. Van spoedopnames op de Stroke Unit tot geplande zorg in het Slaaplabo: elke dag ziet is anders. Net die afwisseling maakt het werk boeiend. In deze rol combineer je vaktechnische expertise met aandacht voor de psychosociale zorg van je patiënten. Een mooie uitdaging met veel betekenis. Op de afdeling Neurologie ben jij als verpleegkundige een onmisbare schakel in de zorg voor patiënten met (complexe) neurologische aandoeningen. Je bewaakt hun vitale functies en voert gerichte neurologische controles uit. Dat doe je niet alleen met behulp van de monitor, maar vooral met jouw scherpe klinische blik. Je herkent tijdig afwijkingen, onderneemt zelfstandig de eerste noodzakelijke stappen en denkt mee met de artsen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s van andere disciplines, zoals ergotherapeuten, kinesitherapeuten en de Spoedafdeling. Met jouw inlevingsvermogen en positieve houding weet je patiënten én hun naasten gerust te stellen. Je begeleidt hen ook bij psychosociale zorgen en in het nazorgtraject. Zo bied je niet alleen medische, wel ook plaatsvervangende en menselijke zorg van hoge kwaliteit. De afdeling Neurologie telt 27 bedden, waarvan 4 voor Stroke Unit, 4 voor slaaponderzoek en 3 posities voor dagziekenhuispatiënten. Op de Stroke Unit verblijven patiënten die onder andere door een beroerte zijn getroffen. De eerste 24 tot 48 uur worden ze gemonitord. Vervolgens gaan de patiënten door naar een gewone kamer op de afdeling om te revalideren. Wij zijn een gevarieerd en hecht team van 5 artsen en 23 verpleeg- en zorgkundigen. De sfeer op de afdeling is informeel en de samenwerking – ook met artsen en andere disciplines – is enorm goed. Innovatie en ontwikkeling staan bij ons voorop. We durven elkaar dan ook aan te spreken en nemen vaak als eerste aan verschillende pilootprojecten in het ziekenhuis deel. Functie-inhoud Als verpleegkundige Neurologie of afdeling D5 verleen je integrale zorg (verpleegkundig en psychosociaal) aan een toegewezen groep patiënten om hun gezondheid en welzijn te behouden, te verbeteren of te herstellen en hun autonomie te bevorderen. Jouw Takenpakket Omvat Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens of zonder medisch voorschrift, evenals medische handelingen toevertrouwd door een arts. Observeren, identificeren en vaststellen van de gezondheidstoestand van de toegewezen patiënten: je detecteert eventuele veranderingen, anticipeert op crisissituaties en neemt in noodgevallen de nodige maatregelen op eigen initiatief, in afwachting van de arts. Toezicht houden op en evalueren van de parameters en, volgens voorschriften van de arts, de medische apparatuur aanpassen op basis van de evoluties. Voorbereiden, volgens het medisch voorschrift, van de medicatie, ze verifiëren, toedienen en de effecten ervan opvolgen. Assisteren van de arts bij bepaalde specifieke technische handelingen. Uitvoeren van verzorgende taken: je helpt – waar nodig – de patiënten bij de dagelijkse verzorging en –hygiëne, voert volgens interne procedures de lijkverzorging uit bij overlijden van de patiënt. The Chief Engineer manages the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a cost-effective manner, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures. What will I be doing? As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Plan and carry out a range of engineering, management and maintenance work. Assist the regional Director of Engineering (DOE) and the GM to run the Engineering department efficiently. Plan and implement duty rosters, carry out maintenance repairs and ensure a smooth transition of duty. Provide back-up management for the RDOE in his / her absence. Be in charge of the Engineering store and energy saving team. Supervise the M&E system, equipment repair and maintenance. Schedule staff training, evaluate and improve employee performance. Be responsible for hotel property maintenance and safety. Carry out energy, environmental protection, fire prevention and safety management. Make sure that routine operations of the Engineering department runs smoothly. Carry out thorough building inspections to ensure high quality of repair and maintenance and that they meet set standards. Inspect all equipment and ensure efficient production and technology management of equipment maintenance. Read technical reports and check all daily reports to ensure safe and normal operations of all equipment. Arrange work intensity effectively to ensure maximum productivity and well-balanced labour. Implement maintenance repairs and ensure an effective maintenance program. Keep in contact with the Banquet department to be informed of event requirements to be prepared. Schedule periodical work reports to improve working efficiency of the Engineering department. Plan and implement multi-skills training for staff to improve work efficiency and quality. Carry out effective control on the purchase for Engineering stock to minimize wastage and maximize cost savings. Read water quality reports and ensure the supply of good quality water from the water treatment system. Coordinate with the Security department, hold fire prevention and safety meetings and ensure the effective operation of the fire prevention system. Monitor the energy usage, making statistics of energy consumption, and impose energy saving measures. Keep in contact with local authorities to solve related problems. Maintain efficient communications with other departments to form an effective communication net among different departments. Make good use of materials, minimize wastage and be environmentally friendly. What are we looking for? A Chief Engineer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: Undergraduate. Proficient in English to meet business needs. At least 10 years of experience in hotel / building services or other appropriate engineering fields. At least 2-3 years in a Chief Engineer position in any 5-star hotel/international brand Have specialized knowledge on water treatment, hydraulics, mechanics, chillers, air flows, H.V.A.C., L.V., electronics, sound, TV, lighting, elevators, boilers, pumps, etc. Capable of maintenance for all hotel building services including air-conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical installation, lighting system, plumbing system, boiler, laundry, kitchen, lift, fire protection, escalator, sound system, TV system, etc. Possess knowledge of the requirements of government regulations and technical rules. Capable of following specifications for hotel services. Possess knowledge of energy conservation. Capable of training Engineering Team Members. What will it be like to work for Hilton?
