Responsibilities Data Pipeline Engineers are expected to be involved from inception of projects, understand requirements, architect, develop, deploy, and maintain data pipelines (ETL / ELT). Design is an iterative process, whether for UX, services or infrastructure. Bijvoorbeeld: het fysiek controleren van de container met behulp van de speurhondgeleider. In onze controleloodsen voer je samen met je collega’s de fysieke controles uit. Je controleert de goederen op allerlei aspecten, zoals veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Je bevindingen koppel je terug, zodat de juiste vervolgactie kan plaatsvinden. Door jouw werk kan de Douane haar taak, het beschermen van de Europese Unie, op de juiste wijze uitvoeren. Ook bij acties in de haven of bij samenwerkingen met andere overheidsdiensten zoals de politie, ILT en de NVWA kun je ingezet worden met onze mobiele scanapparatuur.
