Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. Als persoonlijk begeleider coördineer je de behandeling en begeleiding van een aantal cliënten met een (zeer) intensieve begeleidingsvraag. Je geeft daarbij zelf uitvoering aan de behandeling door mee te werken in de directe begeleiding van cliënten Zo zie je met eigen ogen wat er nodig is om het samenspel tussen cliënten, verwanten en begeleiders vast te houden en te versterken. Tijdens je dienst zorg je ervoor dat de bewoners op jou kunnen vertrouwen. Je bent betrokken bij het ochtendritueel of vangt de bewoners weer op als ze klaar zijn met dagbesteding. Je betrekt ze bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de huishoudelijke taken op de woning. Wij gaan uit van het samen 100 principe. Je vult de bewoner aan, zodat je samen op 100% komt. Voor het realiseren van de beste behandeling en begeleiding coördineer je samen met de orthopedagoog en de teamleider de planning van de behandeling, en werkoverleg. Je hebt een actieve rol in het opstellen en evalueren van een dag-, ontwikkelings- en/of trainingsprogramma Je hebt maandelijks een overleg met collega’s en overige disciplines over de inhoud van de zorg Je wordt aangestuurd door een teamleider en geeft zelf sturing aan begeleiders en ondersteunend begeleiders. Als team zijn jullie samen verantwoordelijk voor de beste menswaardige zorg Werkplek Op Lena Blokwoutstraat 24 wonen 6 cliënten met een MVB. De bewoners kunnen veel handelingen zelf uitvoeren, maar dit lukt niet altijd 100%. Ze vinden het fijn als begeleiding hen helpt om ervoor te zorgen dat samen de taak volbracht word. Per cliënt en per dag bekijken we wat zij zelf doen en waar wij bij ondersteunen. Cliënten houden van gezelligheid, ze zijn graag beneden in de woonkamer en kijken samen tv, doen een spelletje of zijn creatief bezig. Ze vinden het fijn als begeleiding duidelijk en betrouwbaar is. Zeg wat je gaat doen en doe wat je hebt gezegd/afgesproken. We vinden het belangrijk dat cliënten een fijn thuis hebben. We hebben qua karakters een verschillend team. Een aantal zijn van het spontane en leuke activiteiten doen. Andere juist van de structuur en de regelzaken. Dit zorgt voor een goede match, waardoor de zorg rondom de cliënt goed geregeld is. We hebben een leuke cliënt groep die al geruime tijd samen woont. Er is een leuke dynamiek, wat zorgt voor een huiselijke sfeer in de woning. Binnen het team hangt een open en positieve sfeer. Ons team bestaat uit 6 medewerkers. We zijn een stabiel team. Door deze stabiliteit in het team is er rust en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. We zoeken een persoonlijk begeleider die samen met het team de beste zorg voor de cliënten wil leveren. Samen kijken naar wat heeft de cliënt nodig en hoe kunnen we dit bieden. Hierin neem je als persoonlijk begeleider de regie en initiatieven. Hoe kan een dag eruit zien? De cliënten werken 5 dagen. Als de ochtend dienst om 7.00 start zijn een aantal cliënten al begonnen met hen ochtend ritueel. Wij zorgen ervoor dat iedereen op tijd uit bed is, zich gaat douchen, aankleden en ontbijten. We zorgen er samen met de cliënt voor dat ze netjes de deur uitgaan naar hen werk. Ze gaan met de taxi naar hen werk. De meeste hebben werk in de horeca. Middag worden de cliënten weer thuisgebracht. We kletsen over hoe de werkdag geweest is en gaan koken en tafel dekken. Cliënten helpen mee met koken. Na het eten helpen ze mee met taken in de woning, zoals vaatwasser inruimen, vuilniszak verschonen ed. Avonds gaan cliënten naar sport/hobby's, hebben ze kamer taken of lekker vrije tijd. Aan het einde van de avond helpen we de cliënten met hen avond ritueel, kleding klaarleggen, wekkers zetten, persoonlijke verzorging en sluiten de dag af. In het weekend hebben de cliënten vrije tijd. Ze gaan op bezoek bij familie en kiezen zelf wat ze willen doen in de woning. Regulier Binnen de reguliere sector wonen bewoners met uiteenlopende zorgvragen (VG 3 t/m VG8). Binnen ASVZ richten we ons op het voorleven en bevorderen van het gewone leven. Als je niet de stoornis of beperking als uitgangspunt neemt, ga je anders kijken naar eventueel (probleem)gedrag en geef je het een andere betekenis. Door deze onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuning in combinatie met een zinvol gevuld dagprogramma zie je dat de kwaliteit van het bestaan toeneemt. De uitdaging binnen deze zorg ligt dan ook in het op zoek gaan naar die behoefte voor iedere bewoner om voor hem de kwaliteit van bestaan te vergroten. MVB (Matig verstandelijke beperking) In een MVB-woning wonen zeven tot acht bewoners met een matig verstandelijke beperking. Ze vinden het vaak lastig om de wereld om zich heen te begrijpen. Daarom is het belangrijk dat zij begeleiding en verzorging krijgen waarbij ze zich veilig voelen. Zodat zij zichzelf kunnen zijn, in een vertrouwde omgeving. En daar kun jij aan bijdragen. De ontwikkelingsleeftijd van mensen met een MVB ligt tussen de 2 en 7 jaar. Vaak hebben zij ook te maken met lichamelijke en medische problemen. Het is moeilijk om deze signalen te herkennen. Je communiceert vaak met behulp van pictogrammen. Voor het werken met mensen met een MVB is het belangrijk dat je een doorzetter bent, graag leert en goed kunt relativeren. Competenties die van belang zijn voor het werken met de doelgroep MVB zijn het bieden van structuur en een voorspelbare omgeving. Voor het werken met deze doelgroep is doorzettingsvermogen en leergierigheid nodig, net als humor, inzicht en loyaliteit. Wie zoeken we?
