As a Data and Document Management Processor, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the effective management of documents and data. Your typical day will involve performing end-to-end document management services, adhering to service level agreements. This includes activities such as data digitization, data indexing, document scanning, and maintenance. You will also support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and outcomes. With a minimum of 7.5 years of experience, the essential skills required for this role include process modeling, excellent stakeholder management (across business and technical functions), and solution thought leadership with the ability to translate technical aspects into business terms and vice versa. Experience in capital markets is desirable, along with familiarity in Agile ways of working, Core Business Analysis skills such as requirement elicitation, impact analysis, requirement documentation, user stories creation, Definition of Done (DOD), working with Product Owners to finalize Product Backlog, test support, and business readiness. Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence, experience with Agile methodology, soft skills in business and stakeholder management, understanding of process flows using Visio or draw.io, and proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are also expected. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
