Key Responsibilities: Translate written documents, emails, and business materials from English to Portuguese and vice versa. Interpret verbal communications during meetings, calls, or training sessions. Ensure consistency of terminology and tone in translated materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal, etc.) for localization of content. Review and edit translations for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and style. Assist in creating glossaries, style guides, and translation memory databases. Stay updated with language trends and cultural nuances in Portuguese-speaking regions. Support customer service or client communication in Portuguese when required. Process Cases as per guidelines of the product Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions Should be proficient in Portuguese Should be proficient in English
