As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers, stakeholders, and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements while preparing comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and use cases. It will be essential for you to break down requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks to ensure clarity and understanding. You will be tasked with analyzing current and future state processes to identify improvement opportunities, driving project planning, risk assessment, and effort estimation. Collaboration with development, QA, and product teams will be key to ensuring smooth project delivery. Additionally, you will be involved in UAT planning and execution, change management, training, and communication planning. Your role will extend to working with data science and AI teams to translate business needs into AI/ML use cases and contributing towards identifying AI opportunities across internal and customer-facing processes. Your proficiency in requirement elicitation, documenting business and functional requirements, and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps will be crucial. The ability to create BRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Wireframes, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, will be essential in this role. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, backlog grooming, estimation, and Agile ceremonies are prerequisites. Familiarity with SQL, advanced Excel for data analysis, exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions, and strong problem-solving abilities are also required. Preferred skills include Scrum Master Certification, Business Analytics certifications, experience with wireframing/prototyping tools, exposure to BI/Analytics tools, familiarity with cloud platforms, experience with API integrations and data migration projects, domain knowledge in specific industries, and understanding of AI concepts and ethical considerations. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or related technical field is a must, along with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, ownership mindset, and leadership skills. Being flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner of new domains and tools will be beneficial in this role. A passion for emerging technologies like AI, ML, RPA, and automation will further enhance your performance in this position.,
