Role & responsibilities - Plan, direct, and coordinate the preparation of project documentation, such as ATP, QAP, ISPL, MRLS, UHB, TM, production specifications, and schedules, and contract modifications to ensure customer contract requirements. - Review contract to determine documentation required for each phase of the project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes. -Schedule due dates for drawing, specifications, software, technical manuals & other documents - Monitor the status of projects to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule. -Review and verify project documents for completeness, format & compliance with contract requirements. -Submit project documentation to management for approval, and transmit approval documents to the customer -Interact with engineers, managers, customers, and others to discuss projects, prepare documents, and modify contract schedules. -Prepare the plan for ISO audits and coordinate for internal & external audits. any specific task assigned by the VP or Manager- QA
