Documentation Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Documentation Staff member to join our team at EIG Overseas. The role involves handling student/client documentation processes for abroad studies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and verify all documents submitted by students for abroad admissions.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and correctness of documents.

Upload and maintain documents in the internal system/portal.

Communicate with students for missing or additional documents.

Coordinate with counsellors and other departments regarding documentation status.

Maintain proper records and follow documentation guidelines.

Assist in preparing application files, forms, and checklists.

Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all documents.

Requirements

Good communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to organize and manage multiple files.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Scanning, PDF handling).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in documentation (especially in abroad consultancy) is an added advantage.

Knowledge about abroad studies, university processes, and application procedures will be a major advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
