Documentation Executive - Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end documentation processes related to immigration.
• Guide applicants on required forms, supporting documents, and submission timelines.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by clients.
• Maintain organized records of client files and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with clients to collect missing or additional documents as required.
• Stay updated with the latest rules, documentation guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth processing of applications.
• Prepare reports and updates on application/documentation status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply
• 1 year experience in immigration, or documentation processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• documentation: 1 year (Preferred)
