About the Role Were looking for a detail-oriented E/M Coding Auditor with hands-on experience auditing Primary Care (PCP) encounters in NextGen EMR . Youll review daily charts, verify coding accuracy (E/M levels, admin, injections, preventive visits, etc.), ensure documentation supports codes, and prepare clear SOPs and feedback loops for providers and teams.
