Your role as a Spare Parts Order Management specialist involves strategically planning, coordinating, and managing spare parts orders to ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers, meeting delivery expectations efficiently. You will be responsible for evaluating customer purchase orders for technical accuracy, commercial viability, and legal compliance in collaboration with the internal legal team, ensuring a thorough review process. Facilitating meetings with customers and cross-functional teams is a crucial aspect of your role to guarantee seamless and timely execution of orders. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance departments is essential to ensure comprehensive order fulfillment. Coordinating with clients and internal teams to secure timely approvals of drawings and documents in alignment with project specifications is a key responsibility. You will also be required to monitor order status, track key milestones, and ensure on-time delivery according to purchase order terms and project timelines. Submitting all necessary technical and commercial documentation to clients and uploading relevant dispatch documents on the GeM portal will be part of your duties to ensure smooth documentation and portal management. Overall, your role will involve comprehensive spare parts order management, customer purchase order review, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, documentation approvals, order tracking, delivery management, and commercial closure and reporting.,
