Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the sourcing and distribution workflow; propose and implement solutions to enhance timeliness and quality. Reporting and Metrics: Maintain logs of sourcing activities and generate regular reports on document status, outstanding items, and turnaround times. Face off with senior stakeholders and drive priorities Exhibit excellent judgement problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of a new team with or without existing precedents BASIC QUALIFICTIONS Bachelor s degree with a minimum of three years of experience in financial services, preferably in a data operations role. Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment Strong knowledge or prior experience in an Operations role

Review and verify customer documents for credit evaluation. Make outbound calls to customers for document clarification and verification. Maintain daily logs and review records. Hindi fluency is mandatory; English should be manageable. Required Candidate profile Prior experience in credit review,document verification,finance is an added advantage. Should be able to do basic photography and video shooting. Should be able to do basic photo and video editing or willing to learn same. f. Write scripts for videos and get videos made for new & existing products. g. Timely update the style guide and follow for consistency in documentation. h.
