Key Responsibilities: Remediate PDF documents to meet accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1, PDF/UA, and Section 508. Use tools like Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, or other software to ensure correct tagging, reading order, heading structure, alt text, and table formatting. Run accessibility checks using PAC, Acrobat Accessibility Checker, or Axe. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure documents are accessibility-ready. Maintain documentation of remediation work and contribute to workflow improvements. Stay updated on accessibility best practices and compliance standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience in PDF remediation and accessibility compliance Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and familiarity with CommonLook, Equidox, or similar tools Understanding of screen readers and assistive technologies Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Good communication and documentation skills Accessibility certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS) preferred Experience with Word/InDesign accessibility and HTML/ARIA is a plus Locations : Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune,Remote ,
