Job Location : China ( Homebased) What you will be doing: Provides publishing support in the development of global eCTD regulatory submissions. Primary Responsibilities Serves as primary point of contact and publishing Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product Global Regulatory Team (GRT) meetings, guiding the team on eCTD and regional submission requirements. Compiles and publishes eCTD, NeeS, and other electronic regulatory submission types. Level Specific Responsibilities Acts as primary product-aligned publisher according to SOPS and within established timeframes. Provides strategy on planning and publishing timeframe required for a specific submission. Works independently to drive publishing process for routine submissions. Collaborates with other submission publishers to assure standard practices and quality submission outcomes May provide report- or document-level publishing as needed, but primarily supports submission-level publishing Educates document authors on technical submission formats and lifecycle management and regional submission requirements. Acts as submission coordinator on project teams for functional or cross functional submissions of high complexity that do not have a submission manager/regulatory project manager assigned Promotes submission publishing efficiencies by promoting re-use of documents, adopting global dossier principles and standardizing processes to enable simultaneous compilation and publication of submissions. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering - which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics. JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES Corporate Workplace Solutions (CWS) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of transformative workplace initiatives that support how employees and visitors interact with the built workplace environment to deliver improved experiences, productivity, and operating performance. This position will partner closely with CWS Engineering, the Intelligent Building Program (IBP) team, and senior divisional stakeholders to shape strategy, build requirements and prioritize high-impact solutions. This individual will also be responsible for integrating industry research, guiding change readiness, and ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. Strategic Leadership & Vision Development Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define a strategic product vision for intelligent workplace capabilities that align with divisional and firm-wide goals. Lead industry research efforts to inform product direction, benchmark against peer organizations, and identify forward-looking trends. Serve as a strategic voice within CWS to represent the workplace experience roadmap across senior forums. Use Case Management & Experience Design Own the end-to-end use case lifecycle from ideation and stakeholder alignment through implementation and impact measurement. Lead efforts to understand user workflows, pain points, and service interactions to define meaningful digital and physical interventions. Ensure thoughtful integration of visitor experiences, workplace services, scheduling, space utilization, and amenity access. Operationalization & Change Readiness Oversee the coordination of training materials, support plans, and adoption campaigns to ensure new capabilities are successfully operationalized. Partner with CWS Engineering and IBP to validate technical feasibility and ensure seamless delivery into live building operations. Measure uptake, performance, and feedback through data and end-user engagement. Program Governance, Communications & Delivery Maintain a prioritized and transparent roadmap using Jira and Confluence to track progress, dependencies, and delivery health. Prepare and deliver executive briefs, business case summaries, and stakeholder updates that align initiatives with broader firm objectives. Resolve risks, manage cross-team alignment, and lead regular status forums with accountability for outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management, workplace innovation, digital programs, or corporate real estate technology Proven leadership of cross-functional workplace transformation efforts in complex enterprise environments Strong business acumen and ability to align stakeholder groups across disciplines and regions Experience with user-centered design, strategic planning, and program governance High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement Preferred Qualifications Experience with smart building technologies, digital workplace applications, or service enablement platforms Understanding of change management frameworks and operational readiness strategies Background in hospitality, workplace operations, enterprise engineering, or real estate portfolio planning
