It is essential that the candidate is able to comprehend and interpret various documents such as protocols, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and equipment maintenance instructions. Proficiency in common computer applications in biology and effective communication skills are required. Qualifications required for this position include a B.Sc or M.Sc in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field.
