Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Document Controller and Project Co-ordination Executive in the Quality department .The Document Controller and Project Co-ordination Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining project documents, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper distribution in the quality management system (QMS) of the organization. They also support the Project/Product Head by handling schedules, communication, and progress tracking. They play a vital role in keeping information organized, tasks on track, and the project team aligned toward timely completion.

Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry or Biology.

Experience Required

● 0-2 years of documentation experience.

Responsibilities

● Manage the QMS document life cycle, ensuring timely review, approval, release, and obsolescence of documents.

● Follow up with key stakeholders for timely completion of documentation related and cross-functional tasks

● Ensure the quality of documents in alignment with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and adherence to Quality SOPs.

● Maintain and organize the QMS document repository in G-Suite

● Coordinate with multiple departments to support execution and tracking of ongoing internal projects and programs

● Prepare and maintain project trackers, follow up on task deadlines, and escalate delays when necessary.

● Facilitate internal meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring timely closure of assigned action items.

● Assist project managers in maintaining alignment between project timelines, deliverables, and documentation requirements etc.

Required Skills

● Expertise in MS Office and G suite of products.

● Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to track and manage multiple parallel activities.

● Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and follow up proactively.

● Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
