Role & responsibilities Develop and implement localized offline marketing strategies to increase clinic visibility and patient footfall. Coordinate branding activities such as health talks, seminars, print advertisements, and distribution of promotional materials. Track and evaluate ROI of offline campaigns and promotional events. Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with referring gynecologists, general practitioners, and other specialists. Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals to build strong professional ties. Educate doctors on IVF services, treatment protocols, and patient success stories to encourage referrals. Provide updates and feedback to referring doctors regarding patient progress (as permitted). Plan, organize, and execute fertility awareness and diagnostic camps in collaboration with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and community centers. Coordinate logistics, staffing, promotional materials, and follow-ups post-camp. Collect and analyze camp data for lead generation and conversion tracking. Identify new business opportunities and unexplored markets. Set monthly targets for leads, conversions, and referrals and work to achieve them. Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting to management on performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile

Responsibilities: Increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of hospital services. Establish and maintain strong referral networks with General Practitioners, Doctors, PSU, MNCs, and Corporate organizations to generate leads. Organize and participate in doctors' meetings, CMEs, and other medical outreach initiatives. Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential customers and referral sources. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall. Monitor, track, and report on all generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Maintain and update a monthly sales/marketing database for tracking performance and opportunities. Maintain continuous engagement with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities. Achieve sales targets by managing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities. Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharma/healthcare sector. Strong expertise in referral marketing and networking with general practitioners and healthcare professionals. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into increased patient visits. Good knowledge of sales management and marketing strategy development. Proficient in maintaining and using sales databases for performance tracking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently Traveling Allowance will be provided.
