Description We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring accurate results and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities Conduct laboratory tests and experiments as per established protocols. Prepare samples and specimens for analysis and testing. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Document and report test results accurately and timely. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean laboratory environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations. Skills and Qualifications DMLT/B.sc MLT Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as pipetting, centrifugation, and microscopy. Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
