Role & responsibilities Camp Management (Corporate & Residential): Identify, plan, and execute eye screening camps in residential communities, schools, and corporate offices. Coordinate with local welfare associations, HR teams, or facility managers to secure approvals. Liaise with the clinical team (optometrists, technicians, counsellors) to ensure camp readiness. Ensure proper branding, data collection, patient counselling, and follow-up for hospital conversions. Maintain detailed camp reports including number of screenings, leads, conversions, and feedback. Referral Doctor Engagement: Build and maintain a network of referral doctors (GPs, Paediatric, Diabetologist, ophthalmologists, optometrists, Optical etc). Conduct regular visits to clinics and doctors to promote hospital services. Share referral collaterals and maintain strong communication for patient updates and follow-ups. Track referrals and work towards monthly conversion targets.

Role & responsibilities Promote hospital services to increase patient footfall (OP/IP) Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors for referral generation Coordinate and organize health camps, awareness programs, and CMEs Manage digital platforms: social media, website updates, Google reviews Develop marketing content brochures, posters, doctor videos, health blogs Handle patient enquiries, lead follow-ups, and CRM updates Build corporate and insurance tie-ups for health packages and services Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews/feedback Ensure branding consistency across all hospital materials Liaise with print and digital media for promotions and coverage Work closely with operations and clinical teams to align marketing activities Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports Coordinate internal events Doctor Day, Patient Awareness Week, etc. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & local language) Good knowledge of social media and digital tools (Google Ads, Canva, etc.) Experience in field marketing, referrals, and event coordination Able to interact confidently with doctors, patients, and vendors Creative, self-driven, and result-oriented Empathetic, team player, and multitasker with time management skills
