We are seeking Professional Services Consultants to join our global customer success team and lead post-sales customer engagements for Securiti. As a Professional Services Consultant at Securiti, your primary focus will be ensuring the success of our customers by providing a premium post-sales experience that maximizes the value they receive from our product offerings. Your responsibilities will include driving post-sales engagements, customer onboarding, implementing projects, and developing customer success plans that align with their requirements and success criteria. You will also need to balance strong sales acumen with deep technical expertise in areas such as Data Privacy and Security, databases, scripting, networking, cloud platforms, containers, and virtualization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead post-sales engagements with customers, covering onboarding, implementation projects, and advocacy. - Develop and execute customer success plans that ensure a streamlined onboarding process and deliver white-glove service. - Maintain a balance between customer relationship management and technical skills in relevant areas. - Manage customer engagement programs, operational metrics, and customer success metrics. - Collaborate with engineering, product management, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales. Experience and Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with at least 7 years of experience in professional services consulting or related technical engineering roles. - Hands-on experience with technologies related to Data Privacy and Security, databases, scripting, networking, cloud platforms, containers, and virtualization. - Strong project management skills and experience with task tracking, milestones/issues tracking, and project profitability. - Proficiency in Project and Customer Success Management systems. - Excellent communication, leadership skills, and a track record of success in collaborative environments. - Understanding of Data Security and Privacy regulations is a plus. - Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
