Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM, including designing modules, components, and integrations. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Involvement in Solution designing phase of the project Ensure alignment with business goals Able to do hands-on development Guide the development team on AEM best practices Content and asset migration. Work closely with business stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into AEM solutions. Integration AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and third-party APIs. Knowledge of AEM Headless. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and automation frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ability to define and implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance in AEM solutions. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments. Previous experience acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex digital transformation initiatives. Experience overseeing modular, scalable, and secure AEM implementations across different environments. Deep understanding of modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and enterprise architecture best practices. Strong working knowledge of Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite and Adobe Experience Cloud. Experience leading large-scale multi-solution consulting engagements with enterprise clients. Strong background in CI/CD, build automation, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Docker. Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimizing AEM solutions. Experience leading globally distributed teams, including mentoring and enabling engineers through thought leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good to Have: Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to drive technical strategy and innovation while aligning solutions with business objectives. Preferred - AEM Architect certification
